A Wayne County man faces drug charges after turning himself in to police on Wednesday.
Charles “Chuck” Finley, 53, turned himself in to police on an unrelated matter.
During a search of his person, law enforcement reportedly found “a distribution quantity of methamphetamine” hidden inside the tongue of his shoe.
Finley is charged with possession with intent to deliver and pseudoephedrine altered.
