WV DHHR Color-Coded Map for Friday, November 20


The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported 1,081 new cases of COVID-19.


As of 10 o’clock Friday morning, West Virginia has 12,177 active cases of coronavirus.


Since the onset of the outbreak, 639 West Virginians have succumbed to the virus. Sixteen deaths were reported in the last 24-hours.


Today’s daily positive infection rate is 4.77%.


According to the state DHHR color-coded map released this morning, Logan and McDowell counties are in the yellow category.


Boone, Wayne and Wyoming are orange.


Lincoln and Mingo counties are gold.


West Virginia has 38,480 cumulative cases of coronavirus.
