WV DHHR Reports State COVID Numbers Continue To Fall

The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources reported 269 new cases of coronavirus in the state Thursday.
Four deaths were reported in the last 24 hours. A total of 2,792 West Virginians has died due to complications from the coronavirus.
W.Va. active cases are down with 5,099 total cases.
Today’s infection rate is 5.10%.
Hospital cases in the state are down with 209 patients. The hospital cases include 81 patients in ICU and 29 patients needing a vent.
