The Logan County Health Department reported two additional deaths attributed to COVID-19 Monday.
Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed the deaths of 79-year-old female and a 70-year-old male. The deaths bring Logan’s death toll to 133 fatalities.
A total of 27 new infections of the virus were confirmed through laboratory testing over the weekend. Twenty-cases were cleared for recovery.
Logan has 119 active cases, 5,353 recoveries and 133 fatalities for a cumulative total of 5,605 cases of COVID-19
Fifteen people are hospitalized.
