There are three days left for early voting. Voters may cast ballot Thursday and Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. Last day for early voting will be on Halloween this Saturday between 9am and 5pm.
Early voting is being conducted in the County Commission office building on Stratton Street.
At the start of voting this morning, over 1,650 residents have cast ballots early.
As of Tuesday, the West Virginia Secretary of State’s Office said 126,147 votes have been cast in-person since the start of early voting last week.
Americans have already cast a record-breaking 66 million early ballots.
West Virginia voters are permitted to vote absentee due to the coronavirus outbreak.
As of this reporting, the Logan County Clerk’s office has processed over 1,000 ballots cast in absentia.
Today is the last day to request an absentee ballot.
Election Day is less than a week away on Tuesday, November 3.
