The Logan County Health Department reported an additional three deaths attributed to COVID-19 Friday.

Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed the deaths of two 52-year-old females and a 79-year-male due to coronavirus. The death toll in Logan County currently stands at 126 fatalities.

19 new cases of the virus were discovered through laboratory testing according the health department. Since Friday a week ago, a total of 152 infections has been discovered.

Logan County has 161 active cases, 4,984 recoveries and 126 fatalities for a cumulative total of 5,271 cases of COVID-19.

Seventeen people remain hospitalized.
