The Logan County Health Department confirmed over 50 cases of COVID-19 since New Year's Eve.

As of 1 o’clock Saturday afternoon, 53 new cases of the virus have been confirmed through laboratory testing.

Logan County has 310 active cases, 1,418 recoveries and 59 fatalities for a cumulative total of 1,787 cases of COVID-19.

Thirty-six people are hospitalized.
