LOGAN The Logan County Grand Jury met earlier this month and handed down 89 indictments.

Logan County Prosecuting Attorney David Wandling, during the regular meeting of the Logan County Commission on Monday, September 26, said the trials will be held through the second Monday in January.

"We're doing what we can to expedite people who are incarcerated and get them to trial and get them off the county's dime," Wandling told the commissioners.

Indictments are formal charges; however individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
