A local auto repair shop is doing its part to bring Christmas cheer to families this season.
The Logan Auto Doctor in Wilkinson is conducting a toy drive to help bring toys to children.
Owner Justin Bradbury has adorned a 2004 Chevy Impala with Christmas lights and placed it in front of his shop to fill with toys. The gifts will be donated to the Children’s Home Society and the Verdunville Church of God.
“We’ve seen what’s happened with the mines, COVID-19 and everything that has happened in 2020,” Bradbury said, “and we just want to give back to the community. Logan has been good to us. Best people in the world.”
Bradbury is offering a 10% discount for new and unused toys donated to the drive. The discount can be used toward any Auto Doctor services except motor vehicle inspection stickers.
The toy drive runs through Monday, December 21.
