Body found in river identified, no foul play suspected by police

LOGAN Police identified the body discovered Sunday in downtown Logan.

According to West Virginia State Police, a Medical Examiner’s autopsy confirmed 42-year-old Anthony Lee Stollings Jr, of Logan, was recovered from the Guyandotte River Sunday evening. Stollings was found just downstream from the Reverend Glenn White Jr. Bridge of Logan Boulevard.

No foul play suspected.
