A Boone County couple was indicted on two felony counts related to wildfires which occurred in 2019.
Katie Jean Holstine and Lovell Ruben Holstine, both of Emmons, face one county each for setting fires to lands of another and conspiracy in connection with wildfires in Boone County on February 27, 2019.
The fires burned 20 acres of forested land and 35.2 acres of non-forested land in the Dartmont area of Boone County.
The case was presented to the grand jury in September 2020.
