A Boone County man who was wanted for a parole violation was arrested Wednesday after a short police chase.
36-year-old Cecil Green of Seth was spotted by Boone County Deputies who attempted to pull him over in a traffic stop. Green fled in his vehicle.
Green’s vehicle later got stuck on Trimble Lane in a residential yard. He attempted to continue fleeing on foot, but was soon apprehended.
Green faces charges of fleeing in a vehicle, fleeing on foot, obstructing and battery on an officer and parole violation.
Green is currently housed at the Southwestern Regional Jail.
