CRUM The West Virginia State Fire Marshal’s Office is asking the public for help with a double homicide investigation regarding a 2018 fatal fire.
According to the agency, a fatal fire in 2018 is a murder investigation. The bodies of William and Robert Copley were found in the burned remains of their Wayne County home on May 31, 2018. Investigator have determined the Copleys were victims of a double homicide.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the West Virginia Arson Hotline, 1-800-233-3473.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to the arrest and conviction.
