The Logan County Health Department confirmed 18 more cases of COVID-19 Friday afternoon.


As of 2 o’clock this afternoon, Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed 18 new cases of the virus and 24 additional recoveries.


Logan County has 228 active cases, 2,229 recoveries and 66 fatalities for a cumulative total of 2,523 cases of coronavirus.


Twenty-seven people remain hospitalized.
