The Logan County Health Department confirmed 1 new case of COVID-19 Friday.
As of 2 o’clock this afternoon, 1 new case of the virus has been confirmed through laboratory testing.
Health Department Director Steve Browning said one case in Logan was moved due to that person not living in Logan County. The change did not affect Logan’s total; however, two cases have been resolved from Logan’s active list.
Logan County has 85 active cases of the virus, 491 recoveries, and 39 fatalities for a cumulative total of 615 cases of coronavirus.
Twenty-two people are hospitalized.
Free testing for the virus will conducted again this Wednesday, September 30 at the former 84 Lumber location at Peach Creek between 10am and 2pm.
