Troopers said Wiley later returned with surveillance cameras belonging to the victim and admitted to cutting the camera wires and entering the home through a window without permission. Wiley allegedly told the homeowner the items had been gathered outside so she could return and collect them later.

Troopers also spoke with neighbors, who reported that Wiley's boyfriend, Carlos Eugene Toler, had been seen around the property before the incident.

Authorities said the stolen property included the security cameras, a lawn mower, string lights, fishing rods, a baby play pen and hanging flower planters.

According to Logan County Magistrate Court records, Wiley is charged with three felony counts, including breaking and entering, attempt to commit a felony and grand larceny. She's also charged with one misdemeanor count of unlawful removal, injury to or destruction of property.

She remains at the Southwestern Regional Jail on a $32,000 bond. She has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Friday morning at 10:30 AM before Magistrate James Adkins.

Toler, meanwhile, is charged with one felony count of conspiracy. He's currently out on a $5,000 property/surety bond as he awaits a preliminary hearing at 10:00 AM on Friday before Magistrate Harold Porter.
