The Logan County Health Department reported 28 new infections of COVID-19 Friday.
A total 196 new cases of the virus has been confirmed through laboratory testing since Friday.
Logan has 259 active cases, 3,613 recoveries and 101 fatalities for a cumulative total of 3,973 cases of COVID-19
Eleven people are hospitalized.
