Saturday, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office arrested Paul “PJ” Williams Jr. of Jeffrey, West Virginia for leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
Williams is accused of an incident earlier this month in which a pedestrian was hit and killed in the Ottawa area.
The victim was 34-year-old Larry A. Pauley of Jeffrey.
