A man arrested Friday in Mingo County on an outstanding warrant is facing new charges after deputies said he attempted to hide from them and was in possession of drugs.
Johnathan Hannah was arrested in the Marrowbone area on a larceny warrant out of Wayne County, according to the Mingo County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said when they attempted to arrest Hannah he hid under a mobile home. Once he was taken into custody, deputies said they found methamphetamine in his possession.
The sheriff’s office said Hannah now faces obstruction of an officer and possession of a controlled substance charges in Mingo County.
