Mingo Co. Man Arrested On Drug Charges

A Mingo County man faces drug charges after an arrest in the Red Jacket area Wednesday.

Ryan Perkins is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (heroin), possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine), prohibited person in possession of a firearm, battery on an officer and fleeing on foot.

Perkins is being held at the Southwestern Regional Jail on a $25,000 bond.
