An 86-year-old woman from Kanawha County has died from the virus, bringing the state's total deaths to 247.
West Virginia added 163 new positive cases, bringing the state's total since the pandemic started to 11,575.
The daily positive rate Monday was 3.79% with a cumulative positive rate of 2.51%.
There are 2,747 active cases as of Monday morning in the state.
