Power Restorations Slowly Spread Across Mingo County

MINGO COUNTY Power is slowly but surely being restored to customers in Mingo County.


Yesterday, the outages totaled more than 2,000. As of this morning, there are a little more than 750 outages in the county hit hardest by blackouts after storms moved through the region last week.

Estimated restoration time for those in the Dingess area, Breeden, Cabwaylingo, PawPaw Branch, Lenore, Naugatuck, Crum and Cane Branch areas is 10 p.m. Tuesday.


Those along the Jennie’s Creek and Laurel Lake area have an estimated restoration time of 12 p.m. Tuesday.

Just more than 100 outages are still reported in Wayne County.


Outages along Twelve Pole and Lambert Branch have an estimated restoration time of 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.


Customers along Puckett Hollow will see power restoration around 10 p.m. today.

Those near Cabwaylingo State Forest and the Radnor area have an estimated restoration time of 10 p.m. Tuesday as well.


There are still pockets of outages in Logan County for a total of 75 customers in the dark. The majority of those estimated restoration times are 10 p.m. Tuesday.


In McDowell County, 85 outages are still being reported. The majority of places will see power restored by 10 p.m. Tuesday.

A handful of outages reported in Lincoln County should be rectified by 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.


In Wyoming County, 13 outages are still reported. Customers in those areas should see power restored by 10 p.m. Tuesday.
