Southern W.Va. Health Facilities Receive Grants From DHHR

On Wednesday, Congresswoman Carol Miller announced 10 grants worth a total of $2.2 million from the Department of Health and Human Services to numerous health care centers across Southern West Virginia.

Among those facilities receiving grants are:

Lincoln County Primary Care Center

$68,250

Tug River Health Association, Inc.

$235,079

Williamson Health and Wellness Center

$175,250

In a release, Miller said the funding is to ensure the centers have the ability to continue to run properly as the fight against COVID-19 continues.
