Flood waters from earlier this year are still causing major issues and damage to the Tug Valley Panthers football complex.
All equipment was destroyed, the field house was stripped to the studs and all the concession stand materials were a total loss.
Practice is starting up for the Single A football program and the coaching staff isn’t sure there is enough equipment for all the players including helmets and balls. On top of that the, rising costs and a shortage of building materials has impacted the program as well.
Moreover, Tug Valley has a new press box to install. The project has been delayed for nearly a month due to the lack of materials.
