A Mount Gay woman was arrested for trespassing after she enter a man’s home and was found in the shower.
According to a criminal complaint filed by Logan County Deputies, the victim said he keeps a spare key to his Jerry West Highway residence hidden on the porch. The victim alleged 40-year-old Brandi Nicole Hobbs retrieved the key and entered the residence without permission.
According to the complaint, Hobbs was discovered in the shower. Victim said he called 911 after she refused to leave.
Hobbs left the property before police arrived but returned once police were on scene.
She was arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering Other than a Dwelling and Trespassing Asked to Leave
