CLEAR FORK Addyson Amick scored 11 points Monday night as the Logan Lady Wildcats defeated the Class AAA No. 10 Westside Lady Renegades 40-26 at Westside High School.
The win snapped Westside's 10-game winning streak. The 26 points was also the lowest output for the Lady Renegades this season.
Michel'A Swan finished with eight points for the Lady Wildcats, who have won three of their last five games.
Kaitlyn Lester led Westside with a game-high 17 points. Rylee Brown finished with five points, Sarah Lilly had two points and Daisha Cline and Karsyn Paynter each had one point.
Payton Butcher had six points, Halle Crouse and Bam Mosby each had five points, Karlee Gray finished with three points and Kinley Steele two to round out the scoring for the Lady Wildcats.
Westside falls to 14-7 with the loss and will close out the regular season Thursday at home against Man.
Logan improved to 11-10 with the win and will host Sissonville Thursday night in its regular season finale.
