The Lincoln County school system said it was notified of a positive COVID-19 case among staff, and Lincoln County High School will be closed Tuesday.
All school activities have been postponed until further notice, including all testing scheduled for Tuesday, according to a Facebook post Monday from the school system.
Contact tracing has been started by the Health Services Department.
School officials said they are continuing to work with the Lincoln County Health Department to ensure the safety of students.
