The Logan County Health Department reported 3 deaths and 20 cases of COVID-19 Thursday evening.
Health Department Director Steve Browning confirmed 3 females succumbed to the virus recently. The women were ages 86, 78 and 68. Since the onset of the outbreak, 78 Logan County residents have died due to complications from coronavirus.
Twenty new cases of the virus have been discovered since the department’s last report on Tuesday. Three additional recoveries were also reported.
Logan County has 130 active cases, 2,553 recoveries and 78 fatalities for a cumulative total of 2,761 cases of COVID-19.
Twenty-two people remain hospitalized.
