The Logan County Health Department confirmed an additional death and nine cases of COVID-19.
Health Department Director Steve Browning reported the death of an 89-year-old male due to complications brought on by coronavirus.
As of 3 o’clock Friday afternoon, nine new cases of the virus were confirmed following laboratory testing.
Logan County has 125 active cases, 1,040 recoveries, and 54 fatalities for a cumulative total of 1,219 cases of COVID-19.
Sixteen people are hospitalized.
A total of 93 new cases of the virus has been confirmed over the last week in Logan County.
