The old National Bank of Logan building on Stratton Street in Downtown Logan was auctioned off Monday afternoon.
The building was auctioned by Joe R. Pyle Complete Auction and Realty Service at noon in the lobby of the former bank.
The Auctioneer kicked off the bidding asking for $300,000. The price fell considerably before any bids.
The bidding eventually settled at $200,000.
The winning bidder was one of a dozen online buyers.
Built in the 20’s, the building is a five-story commercial property with original marble walls and bank vault on the ground floor.
The other floors of the building include rental space and office suites.
