The Logan County Health Department confirmed over 50 new cases of COVID-19 during the first week of May.
The health department has confirmed 58 new infections of coronavirus since April 30.
As of last Friday, 43 cases have been reported as recovered.
Logan County has 73 active cases, 2,998 recoveries and 89 fatalities for a cumulative total of 3,160 cases of COVID-19.
Five people remain hospitalized.
