LOGAN  Pride Community Services awarded Healthy Communities Initiative Grant

The Pallotine Foundation Of Huntington announce that Pride Community Services in Logan has been awarded one of the 2024 Healthy Communities Initiative Grants. Pride received $23,500 out of a total of $1.7 million awarded to organizations in the Tri-State

Pride plans to launch a new program with the additional funds. “Better Living Logan” is a program to provide diabetic meal boxes and nutritional shakes and drinks to eligible participants.

Pride is one of sixteen community action agencies located in the mountain state with a wide variety of services provided to low-income individuals and families, according to a press release.
