U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.) will make several stops in Lincoln County Thursday.
First, Senator Capito will tour the Lincoln County Primary Care Center and meet with the management team. The center was awarded a telehealth grant announced by Senator Capito in May. Afterwards, Senator Capito with meet with Lincoln County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Director Trish Watson to learn more about the impact COVID-19 is having on services.
Both Lincoln County Primary Care Center and Lincoln EMS received Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, providing them with the resources needed to help keep employers and employees connected during the coronavirus pandemic.
