As of 10 o’clock Monday morning, West Virginia has 16,787 active cases of coronavirus.


Since the onset of the outbreak, 735 West Virginians have succumbed to the virus. Six people died in the last 24 hours.


West Virginia has 47,842 cumulative cases of coronavirus.


Today’s daily positive infection rate is 7.07%.


According to the state DHHR color-coded map released this morning, Wyoming County is in the restrictive red category.


Boone and Wayne counties are orange.


Mingo County is gold.


Lincoln and McDowell counties are in the yellow.


Logan County is green.
