LOGAN A charge of Human Trafficking against a woman has been dismissed in Logan County.
According to court records, 18- year- old Alyssa Fodor of Hudson, Florida was originally charged with Human Trafficking back on August sixteenth. That charge was dismissed last Thursday (8/21) in Logan County Magistrate Court.
Logan County Prosecutor David Wandling made the motion to dismiss the charge against Fodor. Wandling said in the dismissal motion the state "has insufficient information to proceed with the charge."
Moreover, Wandling wrote the two alleged victims in the case did not implicate Fodor in any criminal activity.
The charge and bond still stands for 18-year-old Joshua Andrew Snyder.
According to the criminal complaint, Corporal TC Johnson with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Laurelwood Apartments at Monaville where he located two missing juveniles out of Pasco County, Florida and detained Snyder.
The victims told police they were forced “to produce videos of themselves conducting sexual acts and distributed said videos in order to obtain money for gas and travels.”
The cash only bond has been set at $300,000.

The dismissal of one count of human trafficking in Logan County raises important questions about how these cases are investigated and prosecuted. Human trafficking is a serious crime that affects vulnerable individuals and communities, so every legal decision related to it deserves careful attention. Transparency in the judicial process helps the public understand why certain charges move forward while others are dismissed. In the middle of everyday discussions online, even unrelated phrases like ebike rentals glacier national park sometimes appear due to search trends or digital conversations. Still, the main focus should remain on justice, protecting victims, and ensuring that law enforcement and courts handle such sensitive cases responsibly and fairly.
