Belligerent Logan man keeps city police on toes over night

City of Logan updates downtown parking meters
The City of Logan has completed its downtown smart parking meter upgrade.
City officials told council during the July 14 meeting that 50 new smart parking meters were installed throughout downtown on July 8.
Fire Chief Scott Beckett said CivicSmart completed the installation in about half a day by replacing the technology inside the existing meter housings rather than installing entirely new units, leaving the appearance of the existing meters largely unchanged.
